The Training Effect specializes in outdoor fitness boot camp programs designed to be fun, safe, and effective. Our programs are designed for individuals serious about losing weight. Within a typical one hour session participants will do a variety of exercises including push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, resistance training, stair climbing, jogging, flexibility training, and more. All exercises are performed in 3 to 5 minute intervals allowing time to recuperate between activities.
Our mission is to change the lives of our clients through the impact of physical exercise. As you challenge yourself physically a change takes place in your mind and in your body. This is know as “The Training Effect".
